I was selected to attend an event at the London Frame Studio
organised by Total Greek yoghurt and of course I dragged my
American guest along with me to share the experience.
We were happy/nervous pupils being taught how to Rumba, Salsa
and Tango by the pros - Dee Thresher celebrity fitness expert and
Jesรบs Reyes Ortiz Jr dance instructor from the US.

O' yes, it was a PROPER work out whilst trying to not look like the odd ones out
...hard work! However, it was fun and very friendly, which helped us shake off
any embarrassment or pressure.

The class was rounded off nicely with a generous spread of tasty food,
refreshments and other great stuff courtesy of Total Greek yoghurt.
If you don't like the gym, this could be an alternative keep fit method for you.

Now I have the hunger for more Rumba dancing so 'Strictly Come' or 'Dancing with' -
here these happy feet come!

More Fun on the Floor

This time it was fun on the 6th floor, where I ate lunch at the London Ken…

Showing you my excitement and joy for eating
great dishes in fascinating whereabouts from open public
barbeques to niche restaurants. Enjoy.

Chai Ki, Canary Wharf London

The Asian food is equally as good as the unusual cocktails like the Lychee
rose and the Kovalam Beach. The sharing dishes will ignite your taste buds
and please your stomach more than you will believe.

The unimposing modern decor creates an settling atmosphere within an urban

London, Kensington, Babylon restaurant roof garden
Flamingos; stylish garden and view.
Reasonable prices - Set menus for a two and three course lunch.
An average meal and refreshment cost £80 for 2 people (as at October 2012).
Lunch menu is simple but the sea food is tasty.

Dress code is smart casual, no trainers and no themed clothes.
Cloak room available.
Overall an enchanting restaurant, despite the disengaged wooden receptionist.
Best to check 48 hours in advance to confirm access to the gardens

South London, Croydon, Anna's Thai Restaurant
Lovely authentic looking Thai restaurant and not one that's heavily
themed in tacky cliched Thai deco. A well stocked bar offering
popular cocktails. You can go on a mouth watering journey of
eating seafood platters and delicious rice dishes.

Attentive customer care adds to the their extra touches such as
hand created ornaments made out of various vegetables.

Dubai, Atlantis, The Palm, Plato
Tempted by the beautiful decor but mostly by the scent of
divine food....I was served tasty vegetable spring rolls
with sweet chili sauce and creamy dressing.

Later, tasted their gourmet burger which was very nice.
Loved the different flavours of fresh juice not just the
obvious flavours, I was served cool fresh pomegranate juice.
What a lunch time treat!

Paris, St Micheals, France
I went to a restaurant in Paris, where I tasted the delicious
barbecued prawns accompanied with sauces and potatoes.
Live music band creating just the right ambiance to woo

Inamo, Soho and Piccadilly, London.
Dinning with a difference.
An innovative oriental restaurant up town in the west end of London.
The most interactive restaurant - you can view chefs cooking
your meal. Get a taste of what I experienced in the vid above.

Thai Pavilion. Thai to die for...
Next on my list of favs is the Thai restaurant in East Dulwich,
where you have a choice to sit at a table or in proper Thai
style...on the floor with comfy cushions surrounded by
candles and a brilliant customer service.

Mo Mo, West End, London. Mo delicious food !
Mo Mo...is a great London restaurant which I stumbled across.
I fell in love with the Moroccan lamb dish, deco and
atmosphere, more so than the bill but it is still amongst my
top restaurants.

Warning, chairs and tables are low almost
like infant furniture but fun and in keeping with the theme.

Battersea Bar, York road, London
South West London's lovely authentic Jamaican
pub food very rare to put those words together in a sentence.
Try their fried Sea Bass fish on a bed of vegetables.
Generous portions for your money - bargain!
