I was selected to attend an event at the London Frame Studio
organised by Total Greek yoghurt and of course I dragged my
American guest along with me to share the experience.
We were happy/nervous pupils being taught how to Rumba, Salsa
and Tango by the pros - Dee Thresher celebrity fitness expert and
Jesรบs Reyes Ortiz Jr dance instructor from the US.

O' yes, it was a PROPER work out whilst trying to not look like the odd ones out
...hard work! However, it was fun and very friendly, which helped us shake off
any embarrassment or pressure.

The class was rounded off nicely with a generous spread of tasty food,
refreshments and other great stuff courtesy of Total Greek yoghurt.
If you don't like the gym, this could be an alternative keep fit method for you.

Now I have the hunger for more Rumba dancing so 'Strictly Come' or 'Dancing with' -
here these happy feet come!

More Fun on the Floor

This time it was fun on the 6th floor, where I ate lunch at the London Ken…

The Simple Life with Technology

Just like heaven...
This Waring soup maker puts the ease into making your soups, sauces or
lovely smoothies. All of the cooking, simmering and blending
can be done in one jug. It even sautes the onions and garlic.

Love gadgets that help to make life simple. And this
one controls curtains, TV and even the lights all on a touch
screen. PERFECT!

Solo Dr Dre Beats, best price: £136
FOR music loving people, I mean those of you who want to listen to music in style and great sound quality.
Dre Beats headset may just help out here.

JUST released  in April in the UK. Yes I succumbed to the slick look
and sharp HD screen and super features like, being able to take photos
whilst I video. Camera is one of the best to date. I have to say it's a
super android phone that I can't fault.

And in case that wasn't enough it has a big brother called HTC X ONE
with more memory and features of course. If you're looking to upgrade
your current mobile, then a HTC ONE maybe the one you were looking for.

Japanese Garden

"I really want the tranquile and calm in my garden to be the same
as a Japanese garden with a water feature, waist high red
bonsai  trees, traditional chairs almost meditating areas."

Moroccan Style.
Today I've decided I'll give my bedroom a makeover and the plan is it will boast a luxurious relaxation look and feel, I believe this can be achieved with a Morrocan theme.

The plan, adopt influences of the shapes and textural designs but with pretty pastel neutral colours. I will need help from a carpenter who will be able to create some shapely shelves and so on. Then once I have perfected the fixtures and fittings, I'll add beautiful soft lighting and a few white lanterns...yes I know exactly how I want it!

Later, I'll be posting some before and after pictures but first let the work begin. I'll leave you with a vid which has influence my taste in the Morrocan theme...
