THE WEEK - WIMBLEDON
MY DAY A DAY AT WIMBLEDON |
There's such a buzz in the tennis arena, that you can't ignore. Just have to succum
to the social vibe. Dress code: smart casual is a popular look at wimbledon and it's best to wear comfortable clothes if you plan on walking around or relaxing on Henman Hill

Day six: Jana Cepelova (SVK) v Victoria Azarenka (BLR) |
Yes, I had my strawberries and cream (all £2.50 worth) as it would be unthinkable
to NOT take part in Wimbledon's tradition and eat the delicacy.
Whilst picnicing in court No2, I watched the following matches:
Ana Ivanovic (SRB)(14) v Julia Goerges (Ger) (22)
Jana Cepelova (SVK) v Victoria Azarenka (BLR) (2)
Also, Marin Cilic (Cro)(16) v Sam Querrey (USA).
(The second longest game in the history of Wimbledon.) Imagine playing for 5.5 hours
Stretched my legs and walked up to Henmen Hill and watched Serena in the
ladies singles as she squeezed her victory. Quickly walked to court 12 to watch
the William sisters for a little bit. Perfect!
